Our Technical Account Management team, consisting of experienced specialists with expertise in Chemistry, Food Science and Processing, closely monitor these developments to create solutions for new and tailored ingredients.
Reach & Coverage
Cooperation between supplier and customer is essential. To accommodate effective communication, all of our customers have a dedicated Technical Account Management member assigned to them to allow for short and direct communication lines. This allows us to optimise our partnership and achieve the best possible results.
Our team has an extensive reach and coverage by placing many locally available Technical Account Managers in Switzerland, Germany, Poland, The Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This set-up allows us to be close to our customer, have detailed knowledge about product, specifications, local legislation and be the partner that we strive to be.
Ahead of the game
During the application and lifecycle at the customer’s side, our TAM team ensures that the performance of the end product remains monitored. This allows us to, where possible, continue to perfect the product and stay ahead of the game.
