MARIPOSA status update
We are delighted to share with you the next project fully funded by the MARIPOSA initiative: a riparian reforestation in Guatemala.
The project will span two years and its goal is to reforest 70ha of land with a minimum of 77,000 trees on the riverbanks of the River La Pasión, in Sayaxché. In line with our values of caring for nature we also will develop workshops to increase awareness among local farmers on the importance of conservation of riparian areas.
Our implementation partner is GREPALMA.
